Red, White and Back the Blue is our theme this year for NNO hosted by the NCPNA, CPNA (College Park) and the TNPNA (Town North)!

We will have the Berkner DrumLine with us again this year! They will provide percussion entertainment for us while we will enjoy the Dennis Food Truck specialities along with the Kona Ice goodies!

Giving Back!! Neighbors are encouraged to bring canned foods for Network as well as children’s books for the several Little Libraries in all of our neighborhoods.

BYOC!! Some seating will be available but bring chairs and blankets and wear red, white and blue!

Win door prizes, enjoy a cornhole game and a family scavenger hunt as well as visits from the Richardson police and fire departments and other special guests.

Come visit with your neighbors and join the fun on Tuesday, October 6th, 6-8 pm at Glenville Park!

Clear the List! Support Jess Harben Teachers

We’re kicking of the 2026-2027 school year by giving back to the teachers of Jess Harben. From 9/16-10/16, we’re encouraging residents to “Clear the List” of teacher supplies compiled by the staff at our beloved Jess Harben Elementary.

The vast majority of public school teachers spend and average of $500-900 of thier own money each year to bridge the gaps of classroom needs with school budgets. Can you imagine taking a job in Corporate America and being asked to supply your own pens and paper?

The More You Know….

  • High-need areas: Teachers in high-poverty or under-resourced schools often spend significantly more—sometimes exceeding $1,000 annually—to cover basic needs for their students.
  • Common purchases: Over 90% of teachers buy consumable basics like pencils, paper, markers, and glue, as well as classroom tissues, cleaning supplies, and snacks for hungry students

NCPNA is donating $250 to get us started and the Jess Harben PTA will have a table set-up at National Night Out if you want to speak with them about the incredible teachers we’re supporting!

Clear the List!
All items on the “Clear the List” link can be shipped directly to the school.

Porch Crawl Save-The-Date

Our 3rd annual Porch Crawl is inching its way back to our neighborhood on Saturday, Nov. 7th. We moved this event to the Fall to (fingers crossed) catch better weather and a few new surprises.

This exciting event is your chance to mingle with neighbors, enjoy delicious food and drinks, and create lasting memories. Imagine strolling through our streets, socializing on different “porches,” and experiencing a progressive party unlike any other.

More details to come in future newsletters and on your doors!

Small Business Spotlight

Ocean Crawfish serves fresh seafood and live crawfish with a fusion of Vietnamese and Cajun flavors. Additional menu items include lobster, oysters, clams, hot pot and fried rice.
