Important Notice!
We’ve changed how we handle memberships paired with the Rotary flag program to make things easier for our volunteers.  There is no difference in cost to you!
The new process: Instead of paying NCPNA $65, please pay the Rotary $50 directly for your flag. Then, pay the association $15 for your membership. 
Sign up for your flags with the Rotary here and enjoy the discounted membeship.
Regular membership if you don’t subscribe with Rotary for a flag is still $25 as in the past.

Your dues help fund neighborhood events and projects like the Annual Meeting, Spring Celebration, Porch Crawl, National Night Out, Holiday Event, Yard of the Month, and support for Crime Watch.

Membership Options

  • $15 discounted membership if you are subscribed to the Rotary flag program (see information about the Flag Program below)

Flag Program
The Rotary has a great program where volunteers and scouts place flags in neighborhoods around town.  The proceeds are used to fund scholarships for RISD students.  We have volunteers in our neighborhood who set flags for the Rotary and the Rotary provides some compensation which is used to offer the discount to encourage subscription to this service.  
Flags are displayed at your home or business on major U.S. holidays throughout the year. If you subscribe with the Rotary, you qualify for the $15 membership rather than the regular $25 membership.
